an advanced video streaming technology for portable devices,

IP video server. The WiFi IP Video Server converts Industry
standard video cameras into advanced WiFi and wired Ethernet
controllable IP cameras. The cameras can then be both viewed
and controlled using portable handheld devices. |

Network hardware manufactures, operators, broadband suppliers
and cable providers. Our technology enhances cell phone marketing
appeal and revenue sharing by adding practical applications
such as home automation, Automobile remote control devices
and Video streaming to the cell phone. |

is entering a huge cell phone market with the Mobile
revenues topping $32.8 billion into 2006. Our market is targeted
to Cell Phone, PDA and Handheld users, consumer and commercial
control and security systems, cellular service carriers,
the Automotive, Marine and Home Automation/X-1O Industry,
and Bluetooth users. |

success in penetrating these market’s are
depended on the Vendor application and it’s market.
Each of the above Markets has different venues. In either
case our revenue share will be substantial both on the software
and hardware side of the equation. |

Analysis has that Companies such as NTT DoCoMo
Inc. in Japan and Motorola in the US are bringing to market
similar control and video cell phone products with in the
same arena. This competition for cell phone control and video
development by large established companies strengthens our
position for our entry into this market. Our WiFi IP Video
Server is positioned to take advantage of the strategic video
security requirements in today’s market incorporating
WiFi. |

Release Information |
| The
product has been tested and proof of concept substantiated,
BKWS has started a dialog with several clients to establish
a test market to promote public awareness in the market. Our
first product release will be our Garage Door/Gate Operator
System, available for sale October 15, 2006. |
| BKWS has filed Patents on our Control
cell phone application as well as several Trade Marks in
this industry. |
